Prerequisite: Basic Bible Knowledge Certificate
1. Submit a 1,000-word essay providing an in-depth overview of each completed course (unless otherwise specified).
2. Complete a comprehensive exam after finishing all required coursework. To receive the exam, request it by email.
3. Complete a 1,500-word final essay on the assigned topic for the appropriate diploma after finishing all required courses. See the essay topics listed below.
4. Complete each course in the order they appear.
5. Submit a 1000-word essay on each book in the required reading.

Note: While all classes at Christian Leaders Institute (CLI) and Biblical Training are free of charge, there are fees if you choose to pursue their certificates, diplomas, or degrees.
Essay Topics
Diploma of Biblical Studies
Examine the process of how the Bible was inspired, preserved, transmitted, and translated throughout history. Discuss why understanding this process strengthens a believer’s confidence in the reliability and authority of Scripture. Use material from courses such as Why I Trust My Bible, Formation of the New Testament Canon, History of the English Bible, Bible Translation, Can You Trust the Bible, and How We Got the Bible.
Diploma of Ministry
Explain how Christian ministry must be rooted in Scripture, shaped by servant leadership, and carried out through preaching, teaching, evangelism, counseling, and faithful service in the local church. Use material from courses such as Sermon Construction and Presentation, Church and Ministry, Basic Ministry Speaking, Worship Ministry, Lessons from Biblical Leaders, Evangelism, Intro to Biblical Counseling, God’s Work God’s Way, and Intro to the Teaching Process.
Diploma of Theology
Explore how a literal interpretation of Genesis impacts foundational Christian doctrines such as creation, sin, salvation, marriage, human identity, and the authority of Scripture. Use material from courses such as Genesis, The Genesis Story, Christian Evidences, Hermeneutics, Apologetics, and the Genesis Under Attack course to defend why Genesis must be understood as true history and why this matters for Christian doctrine today.
